I normally ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.  When UPS or FedEx shipping is desired, arrangements may be made by calling  805-794-6439.
To efficiently manage shipping costs to you, I ship via USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MEDIUM BOX (up to 48 figs) $25.00 S&H, and for the LARGE Flat rate BOX (49 to 72 figs) $30.00 S&H.  The minimum order is 24 figs and maximum order is 72.

My HoneyPots are a very delicate fruit and since they have not been treated with any anti-spoilage chemicals, their shelf life is shorter than store-bought product and can only withstand being sealed in a box a maximum of 3 days. Due to the current pandemic, the USPS may experience delays in delivery.  As a result, some spoilage in transit is possible.
Therefore, given the delicate nature of the figs, all transactions are final and non-refundable in their entirety.  Any claims should be addressed to the USPS.

To assure that figs arrive in reasonably good shape, I ship only to the Continental US, including US Military with APO, etc. etc…

My Figs

The trees and fruit are JUST LIKE God created them. My trees are the same now as they were thousands of years ago. They have never been sprayed with anything. No sprays or chemical of any kind ever got close to the trees and the fruit is not processed. In fact, to maximize freshness, taste, and nutritional value, I personally pick the fruit at its peak of maturity, pack it, cool it for several hours, and ship it to your doorstep.
These beauties are not those tiny little tasteless figs you buy in the store. The picture reflects the approximate size and type of fig, referred to as Kadota’s. Italians call them “fichi bianche” and they taste delicious. In fact, the original tree came from Southern Italy. They are so sweet that our family calls them Honey Pots.  You can pop them in your mouth just as they are, or you can peel them. Either way, they’re a superior tasting treat. of course you can also use them for jams & jelly.  and, they’re a special treat pickled.

Just Some More FIGS!

STORING

MY FIGS FREEZE WELL! They make an excellent frozen treat during the rest of the year. Call us at (805) 794-6439 with your questions.
If you store the fruit in the containers they come in, refrigerate them at 38 F to 40 F, and relative humidity below 40%, they will last up to 10 days. If the refer is between 34F and 36F they may last as long as 30 days.

Honeypot Fig

Fresh ripe, Honeypot figs delivered directly to your door .

These beauties are as natural as they can be.  I can’t call them organic because of FDA and the US Ag Dept require special licensing, etc., etc., that would make the cost of each fruit  prohibitive.

These figs are picked at the peak of their taste.   Our customers tell us they love them and we sell out each season!  I suggest that you put in your order early.
